Our warranty program is a testament of a strong company centered around customer service and a strong nationwide dealer network for servicing. We stand by our craftsmanship through our warranty program for our engines and boats. Our propeller warranty is unlike anything in the industry for the harsh environments.
GO-DEVIL LONGTAIL AND NON-FNR SURFACE DRIVE ENGINE WARRANTY
GO-DEVIL® Manufacturing Company of Louisiana, LLC will repair or replace any components on the GO-DEVIL® drive unit that we manufacture at no charge for a period of TWO years that is defective in materials or workmanship. Transportation charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by the owner of the unit. This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse, or neglect, or failure due to the elements of nature, such as saltwater corrosion. Wear on the shaft and/or bushing due to the lack of lubrication will not be covered by this warranty! See your service manual for the proper lubrication instructions.
Engines on our products have a three-year engine warranty and a lifetime ignition warranty as long as the original purchaser owns the unit. The lifetime ignition warranty does not cover electrical items such as ignition switches, starters, solenoids, or wiring. These items are covered by the three-year engine warranty.
An engine warranty can be handled through any small engine dealer in your area that is an authorized warranty service dealer for the brand of engine that you have on your unit. Go-Devil Manufacturing Company of Louisiana LLC is authorized to warranty all the engines that we sell on our products. In many cases, we can expedite a repair by sending the part to you because most warranty repairs are as simple as replacing a simple part. You will however, be required to return the defective part to us. At that point, we will file the warranty claim directly to the engine manufacturer at no charge to you.

GO-DEVIL® Manufacturing Company of Louisiana, LLC will repair or replace any components on the GO-DEVIL® FNR drive unit that we manufacture at no charge for a period of ONE year that is defective in materials or workmanship. Transportation charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty must be borne by the owner of the unit. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO HUNTING BOATS, FISHING BOATS, FLOATING BLINDS, DUCK BOATS AND PIROGUES
If, within one year of the purchase date, your GO-DEVIL® boat fails, we will repair any cracks or leaks. We do not warranty our boats if used with a conventional outboard motor. Warranty does not include any failure due to abuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover shipping charges.
GO-DEVIL PROPELLER WARRANTY
The GO-DEVIL propeller is warranted against breakage within two years of the purchase date of the GO-DEVIL engine with the following conditions: The prop is only warranted against a prop breaking and not prop wear. This is a one-time warranty. Exception, Surface Drive FNR Propellers are warrantied for 1 year.
Example: A 9″ propeller that cost $225.00 is broken and has worn down to 8 1/2 ” diameter, the customer will pay $112.50 (50%) for a replacement under warranty. Replacement propellers carry a one year warranty. GO-DEVIL propellers that have been rebuilt carry no warranty. GO-DEVIL propellers used in rocks are not warranted unless a rock guard has been installed.
ALL PROPELLERS WILL BE BILLED IN FULL UPON SHIPMENT AND A CREDIT ISSUED AFTER INSPECTING RETURNED BROKEN PROP!
